Customer Service Representative
As a skilled Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via phone calls, emails, and other business systems. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver friendly and efficient service to customers by listening actively and responding promptly to their needs.
* Take ownership of customer requests and resolve issues within set timeframes, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Analyze customer sales history to identify service needs and explore opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
* Communicate new product and service information to customers as appropriate.
Requirements:
* Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment is preferred but not essential.
* A customer-focused mindset with the ability to think creatively to achieve results.
* Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work independently within a small team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or cloud-based CRM programs.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
