About the Role:
* Perform abrasive blasting to clean and prepare metal surfaces to industry standards
* Apply industrial coatings, primers, and protective paints
* Work safely at heights and in confined spaces
* Operate equipment safely while maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in abrasive blasting & painting
* Minimum C Class Driver's Licence
* Able to complete online and onsite inductions
* Pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* Strong commitment to safety and positive safety culture
* Able to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
Desirable Tickets & Qualifications:
* Elevated Work Platform (HRWL), Working at Heights, Confined Space
* Maritime Security Induction Card (MSIC)
* Certificate III in Surface Preparation
* High Risk Licence with EWP
* UHP Ticket
Pre-Employment Requirements:
* Complete online and onsite inductions
* Pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
* Ability to provide two most recent work references
