Qualifications & Experience
* Certificate III or Diploma in Community Services is highly regarded.
* Experience in mental health and managing challenging behaviors is essential.
* Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
* A strong understanding of Indigenous culture and family dynamics.
* Confidence to meet the relevant probity checks as required by legislation
* Current Blue Card and Yellow Card.
* Current Queensland driver's license.
* NDIS New Worker Orientation completed.
* Access to your own registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance is required.
