The Role
• Manage the activities of the team to ensure outcomes are achieved in accordance with established policies and procedures to meet required timeframes and priorities.
• Assess, process and audit applications as required in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, procedures, processes and delegations.
• Resolve highly complex matters and enquiries; make recommendations to relevant decision makers; and liaise with stakeholders as required
· Provide high quality customer service effectively communicating face-to-face, by phone and through correspondence in order to deliver accurate information to customers.
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities
• Develop, implement and evaluate policies, procedures and processes.
