What You'll Do:
* Collaborate closely with game production to define, conceptualise, and iterate new game visions—participating in design reviews, brainstorming, and team meetings.
* Lead the creative process from concept to launch, developing and presenting clear, compelling game concepts to stakeholders.
* Execute on concepts by creating art assets yourself and coordinating with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-quality visuals.
* Oversee the entire art pipeline: from tidy, well-structured source files to quality control, timelines, and budgets.
* Prototype new design solutions, bringing them to life to test animation, interaction, and player experience.
* Guide and inspire design teams, providing feedback and ensuring alignment with the overall creative vision.
* Document and update design systems, ensuring consistency and clarity across all projects.
* Liaise with external suppliers and manage deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating the latest design practices and technologies into your workflow.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience as an Art Director in real money gaming slots, with a portfolio of shipped AAA products for major land-based slot manufacturers.
* Mastery of vector and bitmap design tools, with the ability to produce stunning visual assets and guide teams to do the same.
* Deep understanding of player psychology and preferences, with a track record of delivering experiences players love.
* Strong leadership skills—able to hire, grow, and inspire exceptional design talent.
* Ability to work across a variety of art styles, including adapting to existing IPs.
* Technical know-how to work with developers, understand constraints, and creatively solve challenges.
* Experience with prototyping, graphic design, motion graphics, animation, or video is a plus.
* Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and able to manage multiple projects in parallel pipelines.
* Excellent communicator, both visually and verbally, able to present ideas to stakeholders and guide teams through execution.
* Adaptable, collaborative, and open to feedback—always striving for the best creative outcome.
* Native or fluent English required.
