Your responsibilities will include: Conducting regular visits to stores across the Peel and South West Leading recruitment, training, and performance management for store teams Overseeing visual merchandising standards and new store setups Managing store rosters and ensuring wage costs remain on budget Maintaining strong relationships with contracted schools through termly visits Supporting product development and uniform changes in collaboration with schools Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the region Ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards Ready to lead with purpose?
