Member Support Consultant
Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team in Maroochydore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective members, inspiring them to achieve their fitness goals and enhancing their overall club experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns;
* Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunities;
* Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities;
* Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members;
* Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions;
* Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries;
* Opening and closing the club as per the club roster;
* Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey;
* Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience;
Requirements:
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates;
* Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals;
* The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles;
* Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others;
* Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals;
* Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes;
