Your opportunity: * To utilise lived experience as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person into practice, to provide high quality care and support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients and their families. * To work within a multidisciplinary team to promote integrated and culturally appropriate service provision across the continuum of care, particularly within the First 2,000 Days of life (conception to approximately five years of age). * To support a collaborative approach to care by growing partnerships with community, health service providers and broader social services to support improved health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. * To support WBHHS staff to deliver culturally safe and responsive, holistic care to mothers, children and youth, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Under 25s of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld), it is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community. Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $114,355 p.a., comprising salary between $75,090 - $100,227 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HWF3) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
