Due to the continued growth of our team and client base, we are seeking an Administration / Accounts Officer to support general office administration functions, including accounts payable and receivable, as well as payroll operations.
To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate strong attention to detail and have prior administrative experience within a professional office environment, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel. An understanding of accounting systems and payroll processes will be regarded as an advantage; however, training will be provided.

Duties of this role will include:
* Administrative duties to support the Team
* Advertising management
* Manage office supplies and procurement
* Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a professional work environment
* Manage accounts administration, including bank reconciliations and bookkeeping
* Payroll administration (training provided)
* Assist with onboarding new staff and maintaining training records
* Maintain ISO9001 accreditation
* Perform other administrative duties as required

* You are reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a high level of integrity
* You are a strong cultural fit and work well within a team environment
* Experience using Xero is advantageous, but not essential
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
