We are always looking for better ways to do things and continue to invest in technology and our client value proposition to provide exceptional service our clients.About the RoleAt Earlypay, the Marketing team plays a central role in shaping our brand and driving client engagement across every stage of the customer journey. We’re on the lookout for a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to support our growing pipeline of campaign activity.Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be instrumental in bringing our campaigns to life—from coordinating timelines and content rollout to streamlining how we work as a team. You'll help deliver consistent and impactful messaging by managing internal and external communications, especially around our client success stories.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on getting things done, loves building structure around creative work, and is excited about being the go-to person for campaign logistics and marketing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaignsContribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiativesIdentify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brandSupport campaign implementation by coordinating timelines, deliverables and assets across the team.Create and improve marketing processes to help the team work smarter and more efficiently.Support the production and distribution of marketing materials across channels, including eDMs, promotional collateral, and digital content.Roll out internal communications that showcase our client success stories and align with our brand voice.Manage the content calendar, ensuring it’s up to date and that content is published across the right channels at the right time.Manage and monitor Earlypay’s social media channels and other platforms to engage with our growing community.Maintain and evolve our suite of marketing collateral, ensuring it communicates clearly and consistently with clients and partners.Analyse campaign and platform performance to create actionable insights and reports that shape future strategy.Brainstorm with the Head of Marketing on upcoming initiatives—new lead magnets, seasonal campaigns, or experimental ideas.Compile weekly marketing performance report, highlighting campaign performance, social metrics, and key learnings.Document steps for our social content approval process and add to the marketing team handbook.Meet with our state sales manager to coordinate marketing support for an upcoming workshop.Attend a client success meeting to source potential client story content for internal and external useMonitor and respond to social media engagement across LinkedIn and Facebook; flag any high-value interactions for follow-upUpload and schedule blog content to the website, ensuring proper SEO tags and visuals are included.Finalise eDM and landing page copy and design for an upcoming product feature announcement; liaise with external designer for visuals, load into our CRM platform and work with B2B marketing manager to ensure correct setup for analysis of all touchpointsReview social media and website analytics from the previous week, highlighting key engagement trends or wins.About youQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience3 years' experience in marketingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple prioritiesKnowledge of all social networking platformsYou have at least 3 years of marketing experience and are ready to take on your next challenge. You are experienced at developing and executing marketing campaigns and have worked with CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and social media platforms.
