**The Role**
To provide support to the Corporate Communications team who are responsible for the internal and publicity of the company brand.
You will be accountable for but not limited to;
- Assist the team with devising brand relevant concepts for product launch events
- Manage event action plan, identifying media target list, invitations, RSVP and all collaterals needed for events
- Liaison with media, agencies, photographers, vendors and suppliers
- Book flights and accommodation for all guests and team members attending events
- Work with the Product Communications Manager to develop a post event report including results achieved for events
- Assist with the preparation of press releases, briefing documents and editorial content
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly reports, raise purchase orders, reconciliations, and review budgets
**The Requirements**
To be successful in the role, you will have;
- A diploma or degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields
- Ability to establish credible media relationships and maximise all editorial opportunities
- A strong work ethic and high attention to detail
- Great communication with strong organisation and time management skills
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / innovative approach to problems
- A committed team player but also able to work using their own initiative
