The Role
To provide support to the Corporate Communications team who are responsible for the internal and publicity of the company brand.
You will be accountable for but not limited to;
Assist the team with devising brand relevant concepts for product launch events
Manage event action plan, identifying media target list, invitations, RSVP and all collaterals needed for events
Liaison with media, agencies, photographers, vendors and suppliers
Book flights and accommodation for all guests and team members attending events
Work with the Product Communications Manager to develop a post event report including results achieved for events
Assist with the preparation of press releases, briefing documents and editorial content
Preparation of monthly, quarterly reports, raise purchase orders, reconciliations, and review budgets
The Requirements
To be successful in the role, you will have;
A diploma or degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields
Ability to establish credible media relationships and maximise all editorial opportunities
A strong work ethic and high attention to detail
Great communication with strong organisation and time management skills
Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible / creative approach to problems
A committed team player but also able to work using their own initiative
