About the Job
Working closely with our Supervisors on the road, you will be responsible for the following:
* Coordination/Allocation of trades and repairs
* Point of contact for all clients both internal and external
* Updating internal and external databases
* Cost control
* Reconciliation of purchase orders and invoices
* Answering phone calls and emails from clients, trades and suppliers
* Maintaining up to date file notes

* Ability to learn new systems and operating platforms
* Basic knowledge of building trades (desirable, but not essential)
