As a specialist in Cardiac Rhythm Management, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer outcomes through your clinical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop strategic account plans with sales colleagues to drive revenue growth
* Provide top-notch customer service by supporting field teams with technical training and presentations
* Conduct on-site education and consulting services, assist Territory Managers with after-hours support, and participate in industry events to increase product awareness
* Collaborate closely with the Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales team to provide customer support and case management
You will partner with the Marketing team to develop sales programs and gather market intelligence to inform Territory Managers and Divisional Staff. Your role will involve identifying growth opportunities, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting clinical research activities.
Requirements
A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is required, along with 6 years of experience in a related field. A valid driver's license is necessary, with up to 25% travel expected.
