Progressive Perth based Construction company looking for a Demolition Supervisor to join a fast growing team. Most of the work will be in the Commerical/ Industrial space in Perth itself.
Technically – looking for people with
* 3 plus years experience running commercial Demolition jobs (not just residential)
* Able to lead a wide variety of people and different cultures
* Experience coordinating and organisation of gear and materials
* Experience in structural demolition and over 10 metres
Socially – looking for people
* Who value teamwork and respect
* People who are prepared to be proactive
* Someone who is confident to make decisions and prepared to take ownership of them
* Someone who has the communication skills and patience to be positively connected to all the various stakeholders on site (be that clients, contractors, other affected parties, staff, managers, public and more)
