Description
* Drive commercial sales through onsite visits, quoting, and tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tradesman, small businesses, and mid-tier commercial partners.
* Actively prospect new business opportunities and grow a pipeline of accounts.
* Coach in-store team members on trade-focused service standards.
* Assist with large orders, deliveries, and operational support during peak times.
* Ensure compliance with WHS and company policies while maintaining high service standards.
Profile
A successful Store Account Manager should have:
* 2-5 years' experience in account management or business development (trade/industrial sector desirable).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
* Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
* Current Australian driver's licence and flexibility to travel locally.
* Comfortable working primarily Monday-Friday with occasional weekend support.
