Job Description
* Availability required for morningand night shifts
* Weekdays and Weekends
* Experience cooking in a commercial kitchen environment will behighly regarded
* This role will requireyou to love preparing food with excellencein a fun fast-paced environment
* Regular check-ins with the Line Team to ensure they have adequate fresh product to serve our customers - never being short of product
* Maintain and orderly BOH including all Storage and Preparation Areas
* Maintain the Washup and cooking utensil space as you go
* Some equipment maintenance and cleaning required
* Work to the GyG recipe guide and pride in the food we make for our guests to enjoy
