About the Role
As a Consumer Support Officer, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice customers rely on when they need help. You'll respond to enquiries, resolve issues, and guide customers through everything from product information to payments — all while delivering outstanding service that reflects the heart of our independent retail network.

We're looking for someone who can commit to the following roster:
* Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 11am–8pm
* Saturday: 10am–4pm
* Sunday: 10am–4pm
What You'll Do
* Respond to customer enquiries with clarity, warmth and professionalism
* Provide accurate product information and support across our food retail brands
* Troubleshoot problems and provide basic technical support
* Help customers with payment and billing enquiries
* Assist customers with orders, tracking, returns and exchanges
* Stay informed on products, promotions and policies to deliver reliable advice
* Escalate complex issues where necessary
* Work collaboratively with store teams and other internal departments
What You'll Bring
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong listening skills, patience, and empathy — especially with challenging calls
* Proven ability to analyse information and make sound decisions
* Confidence interacting with people from diverse backgrounds
* Good organisation and time management skills
* Ability to follow policies and procedures
* Proficiency in MS Office
