Building Network Management Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our building repair network within the Commercial Building division.
* The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage a network of building partners that meets claims demand, ensuring geographic coverage and capacity.
* This includes selecting, accrediting, and onboarding building partners, while ensuring compliance with licensing, safety, and quality standards.
* The selected candidate will monitor and manage performance through scorecards, KPIs, audits, and dispute resolution processes.
* Collaboration with Commercial Governance is crucial to align network operations with commercial terms, contracts, and pricing frameworks.
* Ensuring high workmanship standards and regulatory compliance is essential through quality and technical assurance programs.
* The successful candidate will manage relationships with building partners to foster collaboration, transparency, and performance improvement.
* They will also work with claims operations teams to optimize customer experience, cycle times, and cost outcomes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, digital enablement, and transformation projects within the repair supply chain.
