Are you an experienced HVAC Site Manager looking to step into a role delivering landmark mechanical projects? Our client is a nationally recognised mechanical services contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex, large-scale projects across commercial, healthcare, education, data centre, and government sectors. With a strong pipeline of secured work across the ACT region, they are now seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to deliver major projects in Canberra.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to lead site delivery on significant mechanical packages within high-profile developments. You will join a business known for its strong leadership, structured project delivery systems, and genuine commitment to developing its people.
Working closely with experienced Project Managers and senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing day-to-day site delivery of mechanical HVAC installations
* Managing subcontractors, trades, and site labour
* Coordinating site activities to meet programme milestones and project deadlines
* Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality, and company procedures
* Liaising with builders, consultants, and internal project teams
* Monitoring installation quality and resolving site technical issues
* Managing site reporting, progress tracking, and resource allocation
About You
* Proven experience as a HVAC Site Manager or Mechanical Site Supervisor
* Strong background delivering large-scale building services projects
* Excellent knowledge of HVAC installation and commissioning processes
* Strong leadership and team management capability
* Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage site programmes effectively
* Strong understanding of safety and quality requirements within construction
