**About the Role**
We are seeking a School Leadership Consultant who is passionate about building the capabilities of principals and school leaders to drive educational excellence in Catholic schools in the Diocese.
As the School Leadership Consultant, you will contribute to assisting principals and school leaders to successfully implement Diocese priorities, policies and strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support leaders in creating recontextualised, dialogical Catholic schools
* Build leadership capability and capacity within schools
* Implement the School Improvement Framework to drive school improvement
* Ensure high-quality leadership structures to facilitate improvements in learning and teaching
* Provide strategic advice to principals and school leaders on critical issues and incidents in schools
**Requirements**
* A deep understanding of and commitment to Catholic Education as a mission of the Catholic Church in Australia
* A commitment to and understanding of child protection and child safety issues in schools
* A willingness to engage in ongoing professional learning and development
* An understanding of school improvement processes in Diocese schools
* An understanding of compliance requirements as they apply to Catholic schools in Victoria
