About The Role
Your role as an Assistant Manager is an integral part of our business service proposition. You will assist the Relationship Manager in developing sustained business growth while maintaining sound risk management to ensure a quality portfolio. This role involves tasks to maximize returns and requires close collaboration with product specialists.
You will also identify opportunities to increase customer profitability and work actively with the Relationship Manager on sales, onboarding, and credit approval activities, all while maintaining credit quality standards.
About You
* A tertiary qualification or current studies in a financial or business-related field
* Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and understanding of security arrangements structuring
* Interpersonal skills—confidence, professionalism, integrity, and strong accountability
* Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong relationship-building skills
