This is a hands-on role supporting Food Production and Warehouse operations to ensure products are prepared and delivered accurately, maintaining food safety and quality standards. Full training provided Shift length 3-5 hours 3-5 shifts per week Sunday to Thursday roster Shifts rostered within the hours of 2:00pm – 7.00pm 15-25 hours per week – Flexibility and reliability to take on more is highly regarded Must be AVAILABLE to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week and to work a straight 10 shift induction period over your first 2-3 weeks Please note – Due to the variety and volumes of our products, candidates should be aware that working with certain food products, e.g. meats, dairy or gluten-based items is a requirement of this role At times, strong food smells will be prevalent, for those with sensitivity to smells Payrate listed is for adult 21 years old and will be less for younger applicants, all welcome to apply The role involves… Prepare, portion, label and pack food products Pick and dispatch orders accurately Receive and store stock where required Follow recipes, picking sheets and work instructions Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards Support workflow and productivity across the shift Team members may work across Bakery, Production or Warehouse depending on operational priorities and shift requirements. Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential.
