Adult Specialist Audiologist Job Summary

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide high-quality audiological services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing auditory problems, providing device fitting, rehabilitation, counseling, and reports to referral sources. You will also be required to maintain a high level of clinical skills through regular casework, monitor and evaluate the quality and consistency of clinical services, and assist with overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Centre.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualification in Audiology
* Full and current membership with Audiology Society of Australia
* OHS Qualified Practitioner
* Experience in the provision of audiological services
* Demonstrated ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
* Demonstrated ability as an agent of change and ability to lead change
* Demonstrated high-level coaching and mentoring skills
