Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research and identify potential customers that fit our ideal customer profile
* Execute outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Generate new opportunities and book qualified meetings for account executives
* Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in HubSpot
* Collaborate with marketing to test outreach sequences and messaging
* Stay on top of industry trends and contribute to market insights
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years' experience in sales, business development, or customer outreach (SaaS or construction tech a plus)
* Confident communication skills and the ability to connect with people
* Organizational skills and a metrics-driven approach
* Resilience and optimism, with a proactive and can-do attitude
* Tech savviness, comfortable using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Workspace
* Curiousness, coachability, and motivation to learn how world-class sales teams operate
