* BUILDING A CULTURE OF PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT AND INVENTORY CONTROL
* CREATING TEAM SUCCESSION PLANS AND DELIVERING REGULAR TRAINING TO INSPIRE THE TEAM TO CONTINUALLY IMPROVE
* ELEVATING THE TEAM THROUGH REGULAR COACHING AND MENTORING AND EMPOWERING THEM TO BE SELF-SUFFICIENT AND ACHIEVE ACCURACY ACROSS STORE INVENTORY LEVELS
* COLLABORATING WITH STORE LEADERS TO UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER NEEDS FOR KEY STORE EVENTS AND PEAK TRADE PERIODS TO ACHIEVE MAXIMUM REVENUE GROWTH
