We are seeking experienced chefs and cooks for our client with operations in Chinchilla and Roma, QLD.
The positions are full time, offering a salary of $65-$85K per year + Super, depending on experience and the role.
These are hands on roles, the chosen candidates must: Ensure food preparation and quality is of the highest standard possible Manage stock levels and follow company procedures and recipe guide lines Ensure hygiene is maintained to the required standards Maintain a clean and organised kitchen during and after service Assist the head chef in cost control and assist in ensuring budgeted profit and targets are met Able to work unsupervised and harmoniously with the rest of the brigade To be successful for this role you will possess the following: At least 1-Year of relevant employment experience is required in prep and a la carte essential (Lunch Dinner) Appropriate trade qualifications Experience in quick paced, service and quality focused venues Guest orientated and passionate about food Sound knowledge of food hygiene practices The ability to work well under pressure with an eye for detail Excellent interpersonal skills, relatively valuable English communication skills Happy to work split shifts Possess a positive attitude and work well as a part of the team If you are qualified and interested in the position please apply ASAP.
