The Role
Zylo Recruitment has teamed up with a highly respected, well established law firm with offices in Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join their tight knit team in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in our continued growth and success, providing strategic legal advice and exceptional service to a diverse range of clients.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a portfolio of complex commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects.
Conduct thorough due diligence investigations and provide clear, concise legal advice tailored to client objectives.
Draft, negotiate, and finalize sophisticated legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage client relationships, fostering strong communication and exceeding expectations.
Stay up-to-date with relevant property legislation and industry trends.
Contribute to the development and growth of a successful legal team.
Skills and Experience
Experience in commercial property law.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex property transactions.
In-depth knowledge of Queensland property law and legislation.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong client relationship management abilities.
