Ghelray Pty Ltd t/a OZ NAPOLI ITALIAN RESTAURANT Location: ETTALONG BEACH, NSW 2257 OZ NAPOLI ITALIAN RESTAURANT, is an established restaurant located in Ettalong Beach, NSW, offering a unique flavour of Italian cuisine.
As part of our commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences, we are seeking qualified and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. These roles are critical to supporting our kitchen operations, maintaining food quality standards, and contributing to menu development and customer satisfaction. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare traditional Italian dishes like pasta, pizza, risotto, and soups. Make fresh sauces such as tomato, Alfredo, and pesto from scratch. Cook pasta to the right texture and bake pizzas with a crispy base.
Follow food safety rules and keep the kitchen clean and tidy. Check and manage ingredients to ensure nothing is out of stock. Work with the head chef to help with daily food preparation.
Make sure meals are cooked at the right temperature and served hot. Present food neatly and consistently for every order. Guide and support junior kitchen staff when needed.
Adjust dishes to meet customer dietary needs like gluten-free or vegetarian. Qualification and Experience Requirements: Minimum Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
