Electrical Engineering Leadership Role
This is a leadership position that sits at the core of our engineering capability. The successful candidate will lead a multi-skilled electrical engineering team delivering EPC projects across high-voltage environments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding technical delivery, mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, driving consistent design direction, supporting tenders, ensuring compliance, and leading continuous improvement.
* Lead a team of engineers and draftspersons across multiple concurrent projects.
* Ensure electrical design and documentation meet company, statutory and customer requirements.
* Support tender activity including scoping, estimating and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to travel interstate on a periodic basis.
Requirements
* Degree in Electrical Engineering (essential).
* Chartered and Registered Professional Engineer (RPEQ) registration.
* Demonstrated high voltage engineering experience.
* Proven leadership experience - mentoring, coaching, and delegating confidently.
