Job Title: Quality Assurance and Risk Management Specialist
A high-performing Quality Assurance and Risk Management Specialist is required to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems and risk management strategies across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate internal audits, quality systems (LOGIQC), document control, and improvement registers to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Develop and implement accreditation strategies across RACGP, NSQHS, Aged Care, NDIS, ISO****, and similar standards to ensure seamless operations.
* Manage and report on organisational risk registers and compliance obligations to mitigate potential risks.
* Support Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives organisation-wide by analysing data and implementing process improvements.
* Engage with consumers and analyse feedback to guide service improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Develop organisation-wide dashboards using integrated performance data to inform strategic decision-making.
* Educate and mentor staff on compliance, audit readiness, and governance frameworks to promote a culture of excellence.
* Advise the CEO and Executive on quality risks, trends, and performance insights to inform business strategy.
