OverviewWe are looking for a chef/sous chef to join our team at The Sydney Clinic.
The vacancy is for a permanent part-time position, working 6:30am-2:30pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is required for any successful applicant.
Experience in Healthcare or Aged Care is preferable.ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and hygiene levels of food preparation area and kitchen equipmentMeal and food preparation for patients as per recipe guideMaintain food stock levelsMaintain regular daily temperatures of refrigerators and freezers as per food safety standardsImplement Food Safety ProgramLiaise with management and facility staffLead, supervise, coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional serviceLocationWe are located in Bronte, close to Bronte Beach and Bondi Junction.
