Reliability Manager Role
This position focuses on developing and implementing high-quality maintenance planning strategies to ensure the reliability of plant operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining detailed maintenance plans, including scheduling and budgeting;
* Collaborating with supervisors and maintenance teams to identify and address operational issues;
* Providing technical support to the maintenance team as needed;
* Leading and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and Reliability programs;
* Maintaining and updating PM routines in the CMMS under consultation with relevant stakeholders.
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Appropriate qualifications or experience – Engineer or Trade background;
* Strong written and oral communication skills;
* Experience with Asset Life Cycle Management & all Reliability related processes;
* Good computer skills and experience in CMMS master data management;
* Commitment and outstanding attitude to safety and workplace culture;
* Teamwork and willingness to co-operatively share knowledge and expertise;
* Sound problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance planning principles and practices, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
