Responsibilities
* Operational Leadership: Managing daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth service and consistent food quality.
* Opening & Closing: Full responsibility for kitchen setup and secure shutdown procedures.
* Inventory Management: Implementing strict First In, First Out (FIFO) stock control to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
* Recipe Adherence: Ensuring every dish that leaves the pass strictly follows our established recipes and presentation standards.
* Compliance: Maintaining a gold standard of cleanliness and food safety protocols.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically in Vietnamese Cuisine.
* Technical Skill: Mastery of Vietnamese flavour profiles, wok techniques, and traditional noodle soup preparation methods.
* Certifications: Food Safety Supervisor certification is highly desirable.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, manage high-volume service, and stay organised under pressure.
* Precision: An uncompromising eye for detail and a commitment to consistency.
