With our offices located nationally, this is a 6 month max-term full-time role that can be based from either Jagera Giabal and Jarowair Country (Toowoomba), Naarm (Melbourne), Boorloo (Perth) or Wardandi Noongar Country (Bunbury).
What You'll Do
* Manage email communications and coordinate policy post-outs
* Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and care
* Support debtor follow-ups and maintain accurate records
* Review and monitor submissions to maintain high standards
* Collaborate with your team to deliver great customer outcomes

* Able to work autonomously, make decisions, and follow business processes
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities and maintain compliance
