* Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices;
* Collecting, sorting and pricing donations in store;
* Assisting in visual merchandising and store presentation;
* Providing exceptional customer service;
* Displaying stock in correct departments following policy and procedure;
* Following Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures;
* Demonstrating core values in all work-related activities;
* Heavy Lifting & Manual Handling: Moving, lifting, and arranging stock including furniture and large donations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Retail Sales: Operating Point of Sale devices to manage sales transactions.
* Donation Management: Collecting, sorting, and pricing donations in store.
* Visual Merchandising: Assisting in maintaining visually appealing store displays.
* Customer Service: Providing excellent service to customers.
* Inventory Management: Ensuring stock is displayed correctly following store policies.
* Safety and Compliance: Following Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures.
* Teamwork: Demonstrating core values in all work-related activities.
* Physical Demands: Performing heavy lifting and manual handling tasks.
