We're looking for a Corporate Operations Support Officer to join the team within East Gippsland's largest employer and health care provider
Contract: Ongoing, Full Time, 80.0 hours per fortnight. Shared / Split EFT will be considered.
The position:
Predominantly supporting Facilities, Food Services, Environmental Services and Capital Projects you will provide high quality support services to a wide range of stakeholders aligning with principles of professionalism, approachableness and compassion. You will produce compliance reports, perform data management, ensure seamless internal functions and some preparation of meeting documentation.
This role will suit an experienced administrator who is seeking fulfilment and role variety. If you are a flexible and dynamic person with competent computer skills, and excellent administration aptitude we would love to hear from you.

Key criteria required:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative/customer service role
* A certificate in Business or Business Administration is highly desirable
* Excellent communication skills with a service focus and person-centered manner
* A self-starter, solution focused person with a “can do” attitude
* Competent in the usage of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook, with proficiency and experience working and or ability to learn new programs.
