The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support in a dynamic environment requiring agility and strong communication skills.
About the Role:
This fixed-term contract role is ideal for individuals with experience in administration, handling secretarial services or transferable skills. As an Entry Level Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for diary and calendar management, travel arrangements, expense processing, meeting scheduling and logistics, document management, and event coordination.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage diaries and calendars for senior executives
* Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international
* Process expenses efficiently, adhering to deadlines
* Schedule meetings, arrange catering, and reserve meeting rooms
* Assist with event coordination and logistics
* Manage documents, including creation, editing, and proofreading
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking candidates with Australian citizenship, minimum 2+ years of work experience in a team-focused environment, proficiency in MS Office, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. Agility to multitask and support multiple people simultaneously is essential.
