Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Practitioner.
In this role, you will work closely with external stakeholders to increase and prioritise the safety and wellbeing of children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement quality program plans
* Coach, train and develop colleagues to increase skill and competency
* Maintain operational stakeholder relationships
* Coordinate staff caseloads and program logistics, monitoring and evaluation, risk management and child protection
* Maintain a caseload of clients
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or significant experience working in a similar service
* Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and families
* Strong understanding of the Youth Justice system, orders and bail obligations
* Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and develop a team
* Ability to utilise your skills, knowledge, understanding, and experience working with families that are living with trauma
