About the Role – Matchmaking Sales Consultant
This is not a typical sales role.
It is a professional consulting role where you help change people's lives while continuously developing your own emotional intelligence and communication skills.
Your work follows a meaningful journey: listening, analysing, empowering, guiding, matching, supporting, and witnessing happiness.
You are the first step for women walking toward a more fulfilling future.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face or video consultations with potential clients.
Listen carefully to clients' backgrounds, experiences, concerns, and expectations.
Assess client needs and service suitability.
Provide clear, professional guidance and direction.
Explain Metro Personal's services in a transparent and ethical manner.
Build trust through a consultative and emotionally intelligent approach.
Analyse profiles and assess values, communication styles, and lifestyle compatibility.
Support members emotionally throughout their journey.
Participate in ongoing training, case reviews, and coaching.
Receive direct mentoring from 澳洲金牌红娘安妮 and senior consultants.
Who We Are Looking For
Previous experience in matchmaking is not required.

Backgrounds in sales, education, psychology, counselling, or client service are an advantage but not essential. Mandarin and English bilingual ability is also an advantage.
