About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Mining Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent across a range of mining operations, including FIFO and site-based roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for mining roles (operators, engineers, trades, and project staff)Source candidates through job boards, databases, and industry networksConduct interviews, reference checks, and candidate assessmentsBuild strong relationships with clients across the mining sectorMaintain talent pipelines for high-demand rolesEnsure compliance with safety and site requirementsCoordinate onboarding, inductions, and mobilization for site personnel
About You
Proven experience in recruitment (mining, resources, or blue-collar preferred)Strong understanding of FIFO workforce requirementsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentKnowledge of Australian employment and safety standardsProficiency with recruitment systems and LinkedIn sourcing
