We're looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape the future of investing for our Mass Affluent SMSF customers. This permanent role is a unique opportunity to drive proposition marketing through 1:1, digital, and above-the-line channels.
You'll play a key role in delivering on CommBank's strategic priorities, with a strong focus on 1:1 and digital media marketing that builds product consideration, conversion and customer engagement.
You will act as a conduit across the broader marketing team and investing business to ensure plans and campaigns are aligned and connected.

The CommSec, Wealth and Private Marketing Chapter defines marketing strategies and plans to execute on the business strategy of the CommSec, Wealth and Private Banking businesses.
Consumer Marketing is a Centre of Excellence (CoE) within the Marketing and Corporate Affairs function at CBA. Our team directly supports the Retail Bank and CommSec leadership teams to deliver towards both the Retail Bank & CommSec priorities through either persistent membership of business teams or through a 'flow to work' model.
On any given day, you will:
* Be a key member of an end-to-end marketing team that drives 1:1 strategy and executions of comms for SMSF campaigns targeting Mass Affluent customers
* Have broad exposure to both CommBank teams and stakeholders
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce high-impact comms strategy that delivers results
* Leverage consumer and market insights to deliver audience-led initiatives that engage, educate and inform
* Have strong data targeting campaign experience that drive quality conversation with customers
* Monitor and analyse performance of initiatives providing insights for tracking to key business objectives and results, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Have knowledge of paid digital
* Have highly developed project management, analytical and strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Be insight-driven with the ability to use data to inform decision making and rationalize marketing priorities.
* Have commercial acumen and ability to track, optimize and demonstrate ROI/ROMI from campaign metrics.
* Be able to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to create positive outcomes with a can-do attitude.
* Be a creative thinker with problem-solving and growth mindset.
