Overview
Product Specialist (Urology) - QLD at Endotherapeutics. Join our Urology team to support and promote cutting edge prostheses and urological medical technologies. You will be a dynamic medical devices sales professional who is driven to exceed targets and actively promote, educate, and support adoption of our portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Meet and overachieve sales targets and KPI’s
- Develop call plans relevant to overall strategy
- Maintain and utilise CRM database (Salesforce) to manage contacts and forecast
- Develop a coherent territory plan that includes a strategy for achieving sales targets, protecting existing business, and identifying key accounts
- Work with the Product Manager to achieve strategic objectives, including conversion of major accounts and growth in existing accounts
- Constantly improve and increase product and clinical knowledge
- Develop relationships with all stakeholders in accounts relevant to sales objectives
- Minimum of 1 day per month spent with key customers
- Minimum of 4 days per week spent on the road and in operating theatres with customers
- Attend seminars and conferences as determined by the Product Manager
- Submit all documentation in a timely manner, including monthly expense reports
About You / Qualifications
- Education: tertiary qualifications preferred
- Proven track record of experience and success within medical device sales or healthcare sales
- Demonstrated experience in developing close customer relationships and providing high levels of customer service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn and communicate clinical and technical information
- Ability to analyse sales reports and identify trends
- Adept in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Committed and proactive to ongoing learning and development
- Team player who enjoys working towards shared goals
- Dynamic, out-of-the-box thinker who also enjoys a challenge
- Organised, punctual, professional
