Leading government department seeks an experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to provide legal advice on property-related matters.
This flexible role is based in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, or Brisbane, initially for 3-4 months with possible extension.
Responsibilities
Provide advice on property transactions, leasing agreements, and government property issues, along with general commercial legal support. Key duties include:
1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property and procurement contracts.
2. Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver legal support.
3. Ensuring compliance with government regulations and policies.
