About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated all-round Tow Truck Operator / Owner Driver to ensure the safe, efficient, and damage-free transport of vehicles, plant, and equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and a strong commitment to safety.
* Perform a variety of daily tasks with adaptability and efficiency.
* Expand your expertise by working with our heavy fleet, including plant and equipment operations.
* Follow all Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) for loading, securing, transporting, and unloading.
* Willing to purchase your own truck.
* Be willing to embrace continuous learning and training to enhance your performance.
* Comply with all relevant road laws, including heavy vehicle and fatigue regulations.
Operate Tilt Tray & Super tilt trucks safely and effectively.
What You Need to Succeed:
* HR / HC License (preferred).
* You own ABN / ACN & Insurances.
* Previous truck driving experience / Heavy Fleet Driving.
* Strong knowledge of Sydney and surrounding areas.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Flexible availability, including after-hours and interstate work.
* A commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
