Responsibilities
* Design, build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines for structured data.
* Develop and maintain central data warehouses, data lakes and other data storage solutions.
* Support Project Managers to ensure all targets across HSEC, Quality and other project requirements.
* Consult with Project Management roles on the creation of construction plans.
* Prepare high‐quality tenders, bids, EOIs, and market‐sounding responses.
* Develop clear, concise, and compelling written submissions tailored to client briefings.
* Deliver revenue and margin targets across the Process & Pipeline.
* Grow market share through new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.
* Lead prospect identification, pricing and tender submissions.
* Prepare competitive bids and negotiate contracts.
* Lead and contribute to cost and dashboard review meetings.
* Manage project cost tracking, forecasting, reporting and cost control activities.
* Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
* Perform bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Provide technical guidance and consultation for welding operations.
* Conduct in‐service inspections of pipework, pumps, tanks, pressure equipment and other mechanical components.
* Prepare inspection work scopes, including identification and coordination of required activities.
* Lead the implementation of CPBs Safety and Health strategy.
* Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Business SHEQ.
* Stripping and disassembling mechanical and hydraulic components.
* Safely erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding structures and inspect scaffolding to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Supporting your crew and staff on site delivering projects safely.
* Deliver digital and visual creative assets in line with approved brand guidelines.
* Support the production of creative materials across digital and corporate channels.
* Supervise day‐to‐day site activities relating to the MEP installation package.
* Oversee installation of ground source heat pump systems and associated components.
* Develop and update inspection data management systems, including asset health monitoring.
* Install, maintain and test commercial power and lighting systems, including fit‐off, switchboards, cable tray, data and lighting controls.
* Coordinate daily train service and maintenance activities on site.
* Manage operational changes to meet schedules and performance targets.
* Maintain clean and safe drill patterns and ensure effective operation of advanced rigs.
* Deal with shipping and delivery of equipment and supply chains on site.
* Monitor freight demand and usage to support operational planning.
* Operate crawler cranes safely and efficiently in line with site procedures.
* Support crane set‐up, mobilisation, demobilisation and deconstruction, ensuring the correct use of rigging and lifting equipment.
* Provide technical guidance and consultation on welding operations.
* Support WHS management plans and HSE objectives for the asset.
* Lead and contribute to cost and dashboard review meetings with senior stakeholders.
* Identify, report and assist in the control of safety and health risks.
* Operate company truck for deliveries, pickups and site transport.
* Coordinate and perform airport pickups for staff and visitors.
* Carry out servicing, repairs and maintenance on underground heavy equipment.
* Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and response to breakdowns.
* Assist in the provision of medical cover, employee assistance programme and virtual GP services.
* Assist in the preparation and issuance of customer invoices.
* Monitor freight demand and usage to support operational planning decisions.
* Process operational transactions and timesheet data to support accounts payable.
Qualifications
* Be qualified with Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (willingness to work).
* Minimum 2 plus years' experience in gold processing plants.
* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and project management.
* Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying for apprenticeships (Statewide).
* Certificate III in Concreting for apprenticeships (Statewide).
* Certificate III in Wall & Ceiling Lining (CPC) for apprenticeships (Statewide).
* Certificate III in Carpentry (CPC) for apprenticeships (Statewide).
* Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations (RII) for apprenticeships (Statewide).
* Certificate III in Electrical (UEE) for apprenticeships (Statewide).
* Certificate III in Plumbing for apprenticeships (Statewide).
* Certificate III in Wall & Floor Tiling for apprenticeships (Statewide).
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Must be local to Broome, Derby or surrounding areas, and to Roxby Downs SA area for specific roles.
* Must hold a current Forklift ticket and manual drivers licence.
* Experience in general labour, mechanical and hydraulic components handling.
* Experience in construction, scaffolding, welding, piping, or related disciplines.
* Experience in recruitment, sourcing, shortlisting, screening and candidate engagement.
* Comfortable working from data and making judgement calls without overcomplicating.
* Ability to work flexible FIFO swings based on site needs.
* Must attend corporate hours with minimal evening events; no weekends.
