Reporting Officer Job
About the Role:
This full-time position plays a key role in managing turnaround times and maintaining high levels of client service, particularly in relation to the superintending and reporting of laboratory results. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with other teams.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Perform data validation and generate/review reports for marketing and shipping samples.
* Liaise directly with customers to ensure accurate and timely information.
* Assist with the dispatch of samples both domestically and internationally.
* Prepare work instructions and labels for sampling, preparation, and analysis tasks.
* Manage daily and ad-hoc reporting and data validation tasks.
* Support laboratory or sample preparation activities when needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, proven ability to prioritise and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards safety, quality, and teamwork. Previous experience in a coal analytical or preparation laboratory is advantageous but not essential.
