Key Responsibilities:
The role of Senior System Administrator involves overseeing the maintenance, configuration and operation of Windows computer systems and servers.
This includes installing, upgrading and managing software and hardware, resolving technical issues and providing training and mentorship to team members.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company data and backups, as well as managing user accounts and assisting in onboarding new users.
In addition, the system administrator will analyse system performance and make recommendations for improvements, with the expectation to execute these improvements.
Developing and maintaining disaster recovery protocols is also a key responsibility of this role.
Requirements:
