Customer Service Manager Role
This role involves leading a close-knit team of 40 dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. You will be responsible for:
* Coaching and leading teams across customer service
* Managing all escalations both internally and with clientele
* Reporting and analyzing teams' performance
* Continuous improvement to systems and processes
* Leading by example and driving results-driven outcomes
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership position in a customer service environment, a solution-orientated attitude and the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
