* Salary: AHP4 $118,887 - $129,427 p.a. + super + salary packaging

About the Role
Lead and shape Nutrition and Dietetics services across CALHN in a senior leadership role that blends strategy, people leadership and service excellence. Build strong teams, drive quality care and partner with key stakeholders to deliver contemporary, evidence‐based services that support better outcomes for patients and staff.
* Lead strategic and operational service delivery
* Guide workforce growth, capability and culture
* Drive quality, safety and service improvement
* Partner with leaders across Allied Health and CALHN
* Support clinical supervision, training and credentialling
* Advise on professional practice and reform priorities
* Build strong multidisciplinary and stakeholder partnerships
* Oversee portfolio staff, resources and performance
About You
You are a collaborative and forward‐thinking leader who is passionate about shaping Nutrition and Dietetics services, inspiring teams and driving evidence‐based care that delivers meaningful outcomes.
* Hold a Dietetics degree and full membership of Dietitians Australia
* Lead high‐performing teams and multi‐site service delivery
* Drive quality, clinical governance and service improvement
* Plan and deliver strategic programs and workforce growth
* Build trusted partnerships across multidisciplinary teams
