About the Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate, self-driven and dynamic Functions Manager to join our team at the Coopers Alehouse to assist in creating memorable moments.
At our core, we know our beer and how to make it as it should be. We’ve renovated our space to be the perfect place to enjoy a brew, and we’ve perfected our menu to match. We’ll bring you your favourite pub classics, enough to warm any heart. But we’ve kicked it up a notch, adding succulent steaks, fresh seafood, share plates to devour with your friends, crispy green salads and easy delicious street food
This is a varied role that will see you maintain exceptional standards and drive exposure of our functions offering in the ALH Venue portfolio. You will have a passion for the guest journey, will be natural and personable, ensuring a smooth and seamless guest experience. This is an ideal role for a superstar who has their finger on ‘the pulse’ of industry trends!
What you’ll need to succeed
1. Display a genuine passion and flare for the industry, Love what you do and be a team player with a hands on attitude
2. Ability to work autonomously within the business framework
3. Prior experience in functions sales leadership with an ability to develop people
4. Proven ability to develop strategic plans, establish goals and objectives, set performance targets and deliver projects on time
